Not your average team meeting 👀
Four days fishing in Ireland, testing gear, sharing ideas and chasing pike. Somewhere along the way, this big beauty decided to join the meeting 🇮🇪💪🏼

A strong pike with an aggressive strike 🇮🇪
Hard hits, powerful runs and some impressive jumps made this one a memorable catch. Exactly the kind of pike that keeps you focused on every cast until the very end.
A beautiful fish from Irish waters 🎣

Born in the Alps, tested on giants ⛰️🐊
The BlackShad Agone was developed for alpine waters, where clear conditions demand a lure that looks and moves naturally.
One look beneath the surface and it’s easy to see why this bait has become a favorite among predator anglers.

Blackbay Team Meeting 💪🏼
Last week, the Blackbay team came together at Blackbay Lodge in Ireland 🇮🇪
A few days focused on what’s next for Blackbay. Testing new gear, putting new products to the test, creating content and of course: getting plenty of time together on the water.
Good fishing, some serious pike and a lot of work behind the scenes together.
A big thank you to the whole team for a great week.
One things for sure: we can’t wait for the next team meeting 🖤
There’s still a little too much summer left before the Beetle gets to do what it does best ☀️
For now, the BlackTail Rooster S is waiting patiently in the box. But once the first colder days arrive and the water starts to cool down, the pike begin shifting into their autumn mood. Then it’s time to bring the Beetle back into action.
A big profile, plenty of movement and a tail made to make it even harder to ignore.
Autumn can’t come soon enough 🍂

One lure, multiple actions 🔄
Change the BlackTail and you change the way the Beetle moves through the water. A simple adjustment gives you a completely different presentation when the fish aren’t responding to your first approach.
Adapt your lure. Adapt your presentation.

Sometimes contrast is all it takes.
The Beetle in color ‘White Fury’ matched with a Black BlackTail creates a bold silhouette that predators can easily pick out. A deadly combination when visibility matters ⚪⚫🐊
